Tribune to Announce Fourth Quarter
2005 Earnings on February 1

(NYSE:TRB) will announce fourth quarter 2005 earnings on
Wednesday, Feb. 1, before the market opens. A conference
call to discuss the results will be held that day at 8 a.m.
